Nadia is a Los Angeles based Pilates instructor whose passion for fitness began in her early childhood from dance and inspiration from her grandmother, an aerobics instructor. After becoming a fitness trainer, she completed her 600hr Pilates certification and began teaching private Pilates lessons and group classes in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Malibu.
