Our company, UMG LLC, was started by four friends back in late 2007. Our IDEA was to purchase residential properties, with the intent of leasing in a specific area. The GOAL was to create long-term assets for retirement purposes, and our VISION was to hopefully apply what we learn in the residential market, to future commercial opportunities in the years to come. An AGGRESSIVE and UNIQUE business model has allowed our members to take a vision and effectively turn it into a REALITY!

Although our business partners are spread throughout the United States, each one brings a unique set of skills & values to our company and that is what has allowed us to be successful thus far. Naturally, it is extremely challenging to run and operate a new business venture. However, through our commitment and perseverance, we have been able to begin a startup company that has maintained positive growth, even through the most challenging of economic environments. Although we are not related nor located in the same area, our strong friendship has made it feel like we are truly operating a “Family Business.”
