The Village School

The Village School of Naples, founded in 2000, proudly celebrates 25 years of academic excellence. Located at 6000 Goodlette-Frank Rd. N., it is a private, co-educational Christian school serving PreK-12th grade. Its hands-on, engaging approach fosters creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. “Our mission is to inspire students to become innovative problem solvers in an ever-changing world,” said Dr. Dennis G. Chapman, Head of School. Since his arrival in 2018, enrollment has grown by 58%, and annual giving has increased from $200,000 to over $2 million. Originally established as The Caring Place Preschool in 1985, the school expanded to its current campus in 2000, later adding middle and upper school divisions. Today, it serves 600+ students, including 150 in the upper school, with ongoing facility enhancements such as a black box theater and an upgraded Track and Field Complex. Accredited by the Florida Council of Independent Schools, The Village School is also a Platinum-level recipient of the College Board’s AP Program Honor Roll and AP Access Award.
