Sustainable Sandhills works in an 8 county region surrounding Fort Bragg in southeastern NC. Our programs focus on our core competencies: Green Business, Green Schools, Air Quality and Local Food. We're also active in Solid Waste Reduction & Recycling and Green Living & Design program areas. We collaborate with other NGO's, local governments, chambers of commerce, K-12 districts, higher education, utilities, etc. to improve the quality of life in the communities of our region
