Superior School of Real Estate by Chanda

Superior School of Real Estate by Chanda is a premier real estate school providing real estate licensing, post-licensing, broker's, and continuing education courses. Our courses are designed to prepare students for state exam, and essentially guide you through your career. We offer three-week cram class begins each month: Monday-Wednesday from 9:00am- 4:00pm. Evening classes run for eight weeks and begin on the first Tuesday and Thursday of the month from 5:45p,-9:15pm. Superior School of Real Estate is equipped to prepare you for the state exam by providing individualized instruction, professional material, and professional staff that will guide yo to success.

Chanda Davis, the instructor, is a certified national board certified teacher who has won many awards in education including:

Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching, Alabama Science Teacher of the Year, University of Alabama Huntsville Alumni Achievement Award Winner, Shell Oil Company Education Award National Finalist and a Certified AP Instructor. This seasoned teacher takes learning to a new level of teaching real estate to her students. She also brings about 20 years of experience to the classroom.
