MDX Cash Back Toll Dividend Program is MDX's free customer loyalty program. MDX has evolved the Advantage program into a new one that is more beneficial to you. The new program is called the MDX Cash Back Toll Dividend. If you were previously enrolled in the MDX Advantage Program, you are automatically enrolled in the new Cash Back Toll Dividend Program. The way the new program works is simple. Each Fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th) after the close of its financial books, MDX will declare a toll distribution of dividends to members of the new dividend program. This is after the agency meets its financial obligations, including making its annual principal and interest payments, meeting its senior debt coverage ratio, and covering its operation and maintenance costs. MDX will return the toll revenues directly to its customers through the Cash Back Toll Dividend Program. The next open enrollment period will occur in 2016.
