Marination Ma Kai

What started as a food truck serving Hawaiian fusion food like Spam Musubi, Kalua Pork Sliders and Kimchi Quesadillas, Marination has grown to include four brick-and-mortar restaurants around Seattle. The taco menu features selections such as Kalbi beef, Miso Ginger Chicken, Spicy Pork, Sexy Tofu and Kalua Pork. Each one is served with pickled jalapenos, cole slaw and their signature NUNYA sauce. If you are really hungry, order the Loco Moco, this Hawaiian all-beef patty served on white rice and topped with gravy and two sunny-side up eggs is a real gut-buster.
