Diablo Immortal is being co-developed by China's NetEase games

In Diablo Immortal, a server's Paragon Level increases over time. Players also have their own Paragon levels, and if a player's Paragon level is lower than the server's, they get more experience points. Snowstorm will, however, increase the total amount of experience that players can acquire behind their waiter's Paragon level because it appears that the framework is not currently doing what is required to assist players in returning to an acceptable level.
Blizzard also wants to speed up the rate at which players earn Legendary and Set items so that people who haven't played in a while can participate in higher-level content and get a better Combat Rating faster.
"In Immortal's current form, there is a situation where a player can catch up in experience, but their Combat Rating is still too low to participate in various activities," states Blizzard's description of the game.
Changes to the make up for lost time framework are coming, but not all of them right away. Players will soon be able to re-customize their characters' facial appearances and remain grouped together to fight multiple Helliquary raid bosses when the next major update for Diablo Immortal arrives on December 14. That update will also include new story content and improvements to the game's recently implemented Set item crafting system.
Diablo Immortal is being co-developed by China's NetEase games, which has worked with Blizzard for a long time to distribute games like World of Warcraft and Overwatch in China. A few Snowstorm games will be disconnected in the locale because of Snowstorm's new declaration that it will end its organization with NetEase one year from now. China will continue to provide support for Diablo Immortal because the game is covered by a separate agreement.
