William Montgomery Cerf is a licensed investment banker currently serving as managing director and portfolio manager at Montclair Investment Partners, UBS Private Wealth Management. Monty Cerf graduated from Cornell University in 1979 with a B.A. in government, then went on to earn his MSC in politics at London School of Economics in 1981, then an MBA in finance from Yale School of Management in 1983.
