Tony Easterling found a hobby in exploring the art of barbecue in 2013. Over a couple of years, this part-time hobby slowly evolved into a small business, beginning with selling just a few orders to family and friends each week in Hillsboro, Texas. In 2018, Tony decided it was time to take it to the next level and purchased the infamous red trailer along with its own custom smoker. "Tony's Backyard BBQ" then kicked into full swing.
