My approach focuses on the unconscious, and my orientation is based in psychoanalysis and the principles of Jacques Lacan. I have extensive training in humanistic, existential, and transpersonal modalities. This mode of psychotherapy offers a space in which a deep self-inquiry can unfold. Significant change can happen when the unconscious is brought into awareness. Psychotherapy is an opportunity to undergo this process, to clarify what is most important, and to articulate your desire. In this way, it is possible to attain authentic healing and discover yourself. I treat a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, sexual-dysfunction, personality disorders, and psychosis.
