The Open Kitchen specializes in Italian cuisine. Our lasagna, pizza, and other various pastas are all phenomenal. If it is your first time I would suggest the Lasagna Parmigiana which is a large portion of our homemade lasagna covered with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese and baked until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. The Baked Ziti is also another favorite with your choice of meat sauce, marinara or Alfredo it is great with grilled chicken or Italian sausage. The Spicy Italian Pizza that has pepperoni ,Italian sausage, salami, mushrooms and red pepper flakes to give it a bit of a kick is also very popular. On the lighter side our Grilled Chicken Caesar is great with crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, creamy Caesar dressing, and Asiago Romano cheese blend. But whatever you get here you will be sure to love.
