It all started when our CEO/founder, Ivan Flores, had the culinary vision to combine two key ingredients – the chicken and the potato – to create his now famous buffalo fries. With an attitude of prayer and perseverance, this simple comfort food grew into a lucrative business opportunity and The Buffalo Spot was born! The first location opened in Long Beach, California in 2013. It quickly evolved into a stateside staple, serving their world famous buffalo fries, flavorsome wings, chicken tenders, and salads.
