Welcome to Team Dental in Joplin, MO A locally owned, neighborhood practice, Team Dental is built around the needs of Joplin and the surrounding communities. Whether you want a simple dental cleaning or require oral surgery, you can count on our straightforward, honest team to provide quality family dentistry that puts patients first. Our dental practice has been serving families in the area since 1974. The previous owner, Dr. Short, still works one day a week and even has some patients who have been coming to us since that first year! In 2011, we suffered a tragedy when our office was destroyed by a tornado, but we rebuilt it in the very same location. When you visit us, you can see some of the reclaimed woodwork that was part of the original structure. We also now have a storm shelter within the practice because of that terrible event, and we hope it will provide patients peace of mind and a feeling of safety when with us.
