Swiss lathe machining is the process of processing high-volume cylindrical parts in huge quantities. Parts made from Swiss lathes typically have tiny features, referred to as microfeatures.  The benefit of the Swiss turning procedure is that the materials located near the device turning, with an internal guide bushing which allows the block stock to be moved through and through the lathe.
