Since Sushi Maki opened in 2000, we’ve been on a roll (pun intended) spreading the joy of what great sushi should be; delicious, responsibly sourced ingredients, creative and tasty combinations and an experience you want to have again and again. Luckily sushi newbies and know-it-alls alike urged us to keep on rollin’ and we went from one sushi shop in South Miami to opening additional restaurants in Coral Gables, Palmetto Bay, Miami International Airport, Brickell and Kendall Marketplace.
