
People aren't born knowing how to do CrossFit, Everyone starts somewhere, sometime. Why not here, now? CrossFit is for everyone. Second Wind CrossFit's workouts are constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. Lifting weights, throwing balls, jumping on boxes, pull-ups, push-ups, running, rowing - you name it. We train you for the challenges of everyday life. But Second Wind CrossFit is different. We are small, intimate and we cater to you. We are a community of athletes who want to be fit, who want to keep moving as strong and injury-free 20 years from now as we are today. We are bartenders, doctors, parents, grandparents, teachers, and rescue workers. Most of us didn't know anything about weightlifting, burpees, or jumping rope before we joined. We just wanted to be fit. Our workouts are class-based, but the first month of membership includes 3 private or semi-private foundations sessions.
