Prestonwood Pregnancy Center provides free medical services including pregnancy confirmation through a laboratory quality urine test, ultrasound to confirm and date pregnancy education and support. As we believe that everyone should have access to our services, all of our services are provided to you at no cost. Services are offered to you whether you are single or married, regardless of age, race or religion. These services are not substitutes for prenatal care or professional counseling.
