Physiques Gym is a fitness institution that has formatted a unique style of training. This type of personal training does not currently exist within the corporate fitness arena making us extremely unique and highly successful.

This initial consultation allows us to learn about your personal health goals; short term, long term, and immediate as well as your current fitness level. We will identify your level of muscular and cardio vascular endurance and any underlying factors that may deter your success. This also allows you to experience a training session before you invest because the assessment is also a training session!
