MVMT is led by Dr. Mark Lusk, who brings more than seven years of experience as a manual physical therapist to the company. Dr. Lusk is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT), Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and certified in the Functional Movement Screenâ„¢ (FMS) and the Selective Functional Movement Assessmentâ„¢ (SFMA) screening tools. He has worked as a physical therapist on over 60 Broadway shows and continues to study new manual physical therapy techniques.

MVMT Physical Therapy provides post-surgical care and rehabilitation, as well as therapy for musculoskeletal injuries and disorders and movement screening. If you've suffered a sports injury, their therapists are trained in sports medicine and will provide a Return to Sport Evaluation using FMS and SFMA tools.

No matter your condition, you will receive physical therapy sessions in a private treatment room with therapists trained in Functional Manual Therapyâ„¢, the SFMA and the FMS.
