Merchants Commons is a modern, urban mixed-use project featuring over 34,500 sq ft of commercial space, 66 residential apartment units and 48 interior parking spaces. Two buildings, The former Merchants Bank building and the former Snow Building were combined to create a most unique environment in which to live and work. The new façade includes new windows and enhancements to the entrance area. The inside of the building was completely renovated while still maintaining much of the original character of the original structures. Residential features include large one and two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, on-site parking and storage, Floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steal appliances and more. We are also pet friendly!
