We are local small business owners and food entrepreneurs ourselves.  We know it can be hard to get going when you don't have the capital to lease a commercial kitchen and purchase all the equipment needed to scale your business at the rate you'd like.  As we were bursting at the seems of our workspace we decided to build a kitchen that could service many small businesses and give them the support they need to grow.
