We offer a full range of mental health services for children and adults. During the past 22 years I have had the pleasure of helping clients improve their depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, and deal with unexpected traumatic life events. In therapy, we utilize a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, dialectical behavior therapy, behavioral medicine techniques and other therapeutic intervention. Over 22 years, I have had extensive experience in forensic psychology - conduct child custody evaluations, parenting evaluations, competency to stand trial evaluations, adoption evaluations, ADHD and other educational evaluations, and immigration evaluations. Our process is very comprehensive and detail focused. I have testified in both state and federal courts. My office has the feel of a comfortable living room. We pride ourselves on pampering our clients as we help them through their therapeutic process. We always have warm or cool drinks as well as snacks for our clients. We work with individuals with a broad range of mental health concerns. My approach is very individualized, taking into consideration your personal needs. I work very hard for my clients and often end up seeing other family members over time. I view each client in the context of their family and try to help you achieve the happiness you deserve.
