Live Oak Primary Care

Live Oak Health Partners is a multi-specialty group of physicians and healthcare providers that are committed to excellent and compassionate healthcare for all of our patients. We have been in each of our various communities that we have served since as early as 1995 and have grown to be a part of the community where each one of us are located. But, we came together as Live Oak Health Partners in 2012 as we felt there was a need for a true multi-specialty group in the local region. We are a growing group of primary care physicians and specialists that are located across Hays County that offer coordinated care to you and your family. We currently have three practice locations, in Kyle, San Marcos, and Wimberley and are planning on expanding to other communities in the region. We believe strongly that you as a patient should be an active partner in your health care, that it is the relationship between you and your doctor that predicts how well you navigate the various challenges.
