Alex R. Hernandez, Jr. is an acclaimed trial attorney who has been practicing law since 2001.  He has represented a very large number of victims of calamitous auto and trucking accidents, of oilfield, construction and other on the job accidents, of medical malpractice injuries, and many other claims across Texas.

Alex has been trying cases since 2001, beginning on the plaintiff side with Wayne Wright Lawyers, and then on the defense side for Chaves Gonzales and Hoblit. Very few attorneys have this perspective of both sides of any dispute. He currently litigates cases all over Texas and Nationwide and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Alex R. Hernandez, Jr. is the son of renowned Calhoun County Court at Law Judge/Attorney Alex Hernandez and super paralegal Andrea Hernandez. He is the grandson of retired ALCOA janitor and appliance repairman Jesse Hernandez.

Alex was born in Port Lavaca and raised in the Victoria/Port Lavaca Crossroads area.
