Last Prisoner Project

The Last Prisoner Project is on a mission to find justice for the 15.7 million people arrested for marijuana offenses in the last decade. Since marijuana was legalized, the Last Prisoner Project Politico reports has fought to release those who committed cannabis related crimes before it was legalized. Their team of directors, advisors, lawyers, and ambassadors are working hard to rectify the past harms of the unjust laws that put so many people behind bars through awareness campaigns and other forms of advocacy and intervention. Because the Last Prison Project is a non-profit organization that relies on the financial support of its supporters, they encourage those that want to get involved to donate so that they can create more awareness and see more results in the form of seeing people released from jail.
