Family owned and operated since 1952. The original meat market opened in 1952 by Ray and Mary Knight still hand cuts all the proteins for all three restaurants. Our moto "Enter as Strangers, Leave as Friends" is how so many of our now regular customers feel. We hope we can add you to our list of friends!
