Like so many of you, I discovered a passion for health and wellness when faced with a health crisis of my own. If you take the time to read any blog posts, you will see that I am no stranger to pain or illness. While one of the things I blog about is wellness, I am, by no means a picture of health. I do what I can to promote health for my family and I. One thing I do is use essential oils. A lot. I’m always slathering something on me or diffusing one of my favorites or a blend of several. I use Young Living Essential Oils, and teach other people the health benefits of essential oils as well!
