LifeCrafting focuses on two main areas: feeling more vital and fully alive, and releasing one's self from the effects of emotionally immature and personality disordered parents. In a healthy body, we're able to shift our gears. However, when we become overwhelmed, either by a single occurrence or a lifetime of emotional stress or physical pain, our gears get stuck. More formally, it's called "dysregulation". I've created an online program incorporating an online course and community to remedy this. When we're still suffering the impact of an emotionally immature or personality disordered parent, we find ourselves stuck in old behaviors that no longer serve us.
