Hitch Fit provides customized online personal training plans globally. Plans are created for you directly by Hitch Fit co-owners & top personal trainers Micah & Diana LaCerte.

All programs include customized nutrition plan, customized workouts (at home or at the gym), cardio guidance, and a great quantity of additional information to aid clients in healthy habit creation. What makes Hitch Fit unique is that it isn't an automated system. Each client receives the personal attention of either Micah or Diana. Each client will communicate directly with Micah or Diana throughout their plan. They are there for support, encouragement, and to answer any questions or make program adjustments as necessary. You are not alone in this process when you work with Hitch Fit.
