For us, it all started in 2007. The time when print advertising dominated the small business market. There was no other option. The internet had been out for a couple decades but fairly new to the mass majority of the population. Major phonebook companies like yellow pages were starting to transition to online directories. People had used phone books for years and that’s what they were accustomed to.
