With a dream of bringing a unique twist to the Mexican food scene, Tom and T.J. Ingersoll (father and son) opened Fresco to the Kent community. Together, they're raising the bar by focusing on amazing ingredients, superb customer service, and convenient catering options. Bringing a fun experience personalized to each guest is the goal, which is why everything is fresh and prepared to order. Diners of all diets are welcome, whether they're gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan. And all guests are invited to kick their meal up a notch with one of our dozens of complimentary salsas or hot sauces.
