Five Star Home Hospice was founded in 2005 in the city of Pasadena by a compassionate group of healthcare professionals with one thing in mind: to be an asset to the community by providing the best quality of care to patients and families in need of hospice services. Our hospice provides a team-oriented approach that addresses all aspects of palliative (comfort) care, including excellent medical care, pain management, and emotional support.
