Falkowski Chiropractic — Chiropractors in West Bend, WI | Accepting New Patients

My name is Dr. Patrick Falkowski. I was born and raised in West Bend, Wisconsin. I attended St. Frances Cabrini Grade School and graduated from West Bend East High School. While playing football for the East Suns, I learned of the power of chiropractic. Enduring constant injuries during the season my local chiropractor always got me feeling better and able to play again. That is when I decided I wanted to be a chiropractor to help others have the ability to live pain free and be active again. Following High School I attended UW-La Crosse and received a degree in Bio-Medical Science. After my under-graduate studies, I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. After four years I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic and Wisconsin State license. In 2003 I began practicing chiropractic at the Falls Chiropractic Group S.C., in Menomonee Falls. In 2004 I decided it was time to return to my hometown and give something back to my community. My practice is located on Paradise Drive just east of Main Street in West Bend.
