My name is Emilie Alpert and I am a professional Photographer and Cinematograpaher with a studio in Union, NJ.

I began my career as a plus size model and actress, but soon began to show a stronger interest for being behind the camera instead. I find that my experience as a model helps me build confidence and originality in my clients and their poses. I have now been a photographer for over 4 years, having managed my own studio in the past, as well as worked at commercial studios.

My greatest accomplishment so far is working as Director of Photography and Editor of the Holocaust survivor documentary, "Fascination: Helena's Story," which won the 2016 award for best feature length Documentary Film at the NYC International Film Festival and has gone on to be used in schools nationwide
