Boise’s Leader in Jiu Jitsu Instruction. Brazilian jiu jitsu, MMA, kids classes, group fitness classes, and Self Defense are what we do. We are Boise's only JiuJitsuX instructor and Keenan Cornelius Black Belt. We offer different programs designed for different experience levels (beginners to advanced) that are based on each student's individual goals. We have youth martial arts broken into age groups and experience levels. We take pride in providing high-quality martial arts instruction to members from all walks of life: beginners to advanced, age 4 to age 70.
