In every level of care, Ebb Tide provides Evidence-Based Treatment (EBT). Our well trained and caring staff have experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and incorporate these practices into our highly-individualized treatment. At our gender-specific facilities, clients will begin the recovery process in safe, comfortable and peaceful surroundings.
