Mobility and activity are vital to health. Dr Dulaney is an accomplished endurance athlete completing over 50 marathons, 7 full ironman races, and four, 50 mile ultramarathon races. Our plant based dietitian is also a marathon runner and dedicated weight lifter. Together the practice offers fitness programs for all abilities and ages. She has a passion for family nutrition to maximize health for the entire family. Our goal is to maximize health span not just life span and we are dedicated to walking the walk. We have weekly nutrition classes, yoga classes and mobility classes that can be attended both in person and on zoom.
