Complete Watch Service: *Disassembly: The bracelet is detached, the movement is separated from the case and the case is completely disassembled: *Cleaning the movement: The mechanism is completely dismantled and every part is cleaned in a state of the art cleaning machine. After a thorough cleaning, each individual part is examined and any worn or damaged parts are replaced with with genuine parts. *Lubrication and Reassembly: Each functional component of the movement is carefully lubricated to minimize friction and prevent wear before being reassembled. *Calibrations: Timing adjustment, using the most advanced electronic tests its timing accuracy and observed for a day to verify it's performance. *Refinishing Case and Bracelet: After initial cleaning, the case and bracelet are then refinished and ultrasonically cleaned to restore it's full luster. *Reassembly of the case: The case is reassembled and all the seals are replaced. *Water resistance test: The watch case is tested to ensure pressure-resistance requirements. A vacuum test, a compression test and a condensation test. *Final quality check: During the final quality check, the automatic winding, power reserve and the accuracy of the watch is tested one last time. *Service time and Guarantee: Our service turnaround time for repairs usually falls between 5 to 10 days. Every timepiece after complete service is covered by a 1 year guarantee. This excludes any accidental damage or mishandling of the watch
