405 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, FL, 33134
The Gables, as it is locally known, is a city within a city. It began as a planned community in the 1920s, with Mediterranean and Spanish Renaissance influenced architecture throughout its streets. Some of the more notable attractions include the University of Miami campus, the Venetian Pool, historic residences along Coral Way and the Venetian Pool. The city also has plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions within the four-block downtown district. Overall, it makes for a nice day trip when you become tired of the South Beach hotspots.
