Chicopee Provision Co., Inc. is famous for our Blue Seal Kielbasa and Table Ready Meats! Our kielbasa is made with beef and pork. We do not use filler ingredients such as poultry. We use real smoke and a natural casing creating a beautiful sausage! We are also well known for our Frankfurters (Hot Dogs). Our Natural Casing Frankfurters have that "snap" that people love and our Skinless Frankfurters are just as good, without the snap. In addition to Kielbasa and Frankfurters, we make several types of cold cuts and different variations of our Kielbasa.
