CareBridge is a Home Care Agency, which is licensed by the state of New Jersey as well as bonded and insured. All of our caregivers are our employees, who are Certified Home Health Aides licensed by the board of nursing. We provide companionship, assistance with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring and toileting. In addition, our aids help with medication reminders, meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping. It is our goal to provide outstanding care so that you have the peace of mind. We tailor care to meet your individual needs from hourly services to live in care 24 hr/7 days a week.
Our Director of Nursing will assess each new client and create an individualized plan of care. She will oversee and supervise each client to guarantee the highest level of care. Follow up nurse assessments are conducted on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to ensure that the plan of care is up-to-date and accurate. There is no fee for our nurse assessment.
