For those needing extra support or those wishing to help others achieve parenthood by donating eggs or embryos or becoming a surrogate, the practice also offers egg and embryo donation and gestational carrier programs. Dr. Lee Caperton, who is the CEO, Medical Director and Co-Founder, is the only Board-certified reproductive endocrinologist in New Mexico. He is also Board-Certified as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Dr. Kelly Caperton, President and Co-Founder, is also Board-Certified as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for more than 20 years.  

Engineered by Dr. Lee Caperton, the practice’s embryology lab is recognized as one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the country, receiving the prestigious College of American Pathology (CAP) Accreditation. Our lab is internationally acclaimed for excellence in innovation and design, providing a stable and controlled environment for embryo development. In addition to top-notch technology, the lab is managed by Dr. Marlane Angle, one of the most respected embryologists in the industry. 

In addition to our physicians, our team of advanced care practitioners, embryologists, patient care coordinators and admin team are committed to creating the best possible experience for patients. Many of our team members have experienced fertility treatment, an experience that gives them intimate knowledge and understanding of what our patients are going through.
