Dr. Colin E. Bailey is board certified in cosmetic surgery and his practice involves the full range of cosmetic surgery and modern vein care (phlebology). He is Board Certified in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery with almost 20 years of surgical experience. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is one of only a few surgeons in the state of Missouri to have completed a highly competitive fellowship in cosmetic surgery.
