Atlas Biomechanics is a sports medical manufacturer of heat moldable custom orthotics, heel lifts, and foot products. Our heat moldable orthotics allows you to fabricate a direct contact custom orthotic in about 10 minutes without messy casts or expensive lab fees. Our heel lifts come in 3 mm, 6 mm, and 9 mm heights. We also make an adjustable heel lift with a built-in heel wedge (varus or valgus). Our foot products include corn pads, callus pads, adjustable crest pads and metatarsal pads (dancer's and sesamoid). These prevent foot callus and corns on feet. They are not callus removers.
