Amherst Martial Arts is dedicated to developing the complete martial artist, strengthening the mind, body, and spirit. We teach Taekwondo, a Korean martial art which developed over thousands of years of eastern civilization. Taekwondo is for everyone,regardless of you age or physical condition. It is an excellent method of self defense, as well as being great for stress relief. Our children's program aims to build confidence and self-esteem in every child. We teach safety around strangers and how to deal with bullies. We also run the Kicks and Corrals summer camp, which includes martial arts, horseback riding and swimming. We welcome students of all genders, races, ages, religions, sexual orientations and abilities.
