Please keep in mind that pianos not tuned in a few years or more may need a Pitch Raise, which consists of 2 tunings the first day and possibly a fine tuning a month later. I will do my best to get your piano fully playable :-) ~ I tune by ear. No gizmos or gadgets needed. During the tuning, I'll clean the piano, inspect all the parts and give you an appraisal on site. I can advise you on what to use to clean the finish and how often your particular piano needs tuning. I'll also check the climate in your house or apartment to see if the piano is happy in its location (no, I don't really believe pianos have feelings but they will deteriorate in certain climate conditions
