This 6000 sqft Residence designed by Rita Chraibi and her Miami team at 900 Biscayne offers an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a complete renovation for which the designer has created a connection between the interior and the outside terrace by placing an ethanol fireplace that is oriented both on the terrace and at the same time can be turned inwards and create a cozy atmosphere in the living room. The new kitchen has been designed to provide the nearest dining area for access to the kitchen for which the designer has chosen the Gaggenau brand. This residence has been designed in a very sober tone and material and textures to allow uniformity of the volume and to highlight the breathtaking view of this apartment on the Atlantic Ocean with a terrace connected to the interior by sliding opened bays that open entirely leaving room for the fireplace that rotates through an angle of 360 degrees.
